The team did a fantastic job installing my exposed aggregate patio. The final product really was perfection and Mal and his team were very professional. My only complaint was that the estimate we agreed upon went up when I got the final invoice. Preferred 1 construction worked with us on this, but in the future I would want to have a final bit ahead of the work to ensure the scope didn’t go up without my approval.
